Head Coach: Mike Raley
Coach Mike is a full-time special education teacher and has been a coach for over 25 years!  A former swimmer himself, he has been coaching since his teenage years and has coached at various teams including North Baltimore Aquatic Club (NBAC) and Greater Baltimore Aquatic Club (GBAC).  He has also taught swim lessons for over 2 decades for all ages and abilities.  His passion for swimming and coaching is obvious when you see him in action.  He's the father of two piranhas, Maya and Kendall, and also manages the pool - so be sure to say hi when you see him next!

Senior Assistant Coach: Lucas Correal
Lucas has been a member of the Springlake Swim Club since he can remember and a swimmer from a young age through high school.  He loves coaching because he gets to interact with the kids and help them improve skills. He is very enthusiastic, social, and loves sports!  He is entering his third year at Beacon College in Leesburg, Fl, majoring in Hospitality. 

Assistant Coach: Ethan McKenna

Ethan has been a Piranha since he was 5 years old, first as a swimmer and now in his first year as a coach. He graduated from Loyola Blakefield High School, where he was also a part of their swim team. He has just wrapped up his first year of college at the University of Maryland where he plans to major in business. In his free time, Ethan love hanging out with his friends, eating food, and watching the Orioles and Ravens.
